Lukas Digital Studio Fast websites, built for the customer you actually have.

Small things on a website can put customers off.
I'll show you if yours has any.

I measure your site the way Google does, show you the numbers and fix what needs fixing. You get a written quote first, and nothing goes live until you've approved it.

Built for businesses whose customers find them on a phone.

  • Clinics and dental practices.

Bookings that work, and a site that loads before the patient gives up.

  • Cafés and restaurants.

Menu, hours and booking in two taps.

  • Car repair and mechanics.

Phone number first, because most of your calls can't wait.

  • Tradies.

Quote requests that reach you, not a spam folder.

  • Shops.

Opening hours, directions and what you sell, all on the first screen.

  • Travel and tourism.

Enquiries that land in your inbox the same minute.

What owners tell me.

  1. 'The site takes ages on my phone.'

I measure it with Google's own test, then make it fast. You get the before and after numbers.

  2. 'People ring instead of booking, or they don't book at all.'

Online booking and enquiry forms that work on a phone, land in your calendar and inbox, and never offer a day you're closed.

  3. 'When something breaks, there's nobody to call.'

You message me on Upwork and you get me, usually the same day.

Built for your customer, not for a template.

Every project starts with one question: who is your main customer, and what do they expect when they open your site? A mechanic whose calls are emergencies needs a phone number first. A cosmetic clinic needs photos and a reason to trust you first. A café needs the menu and the hours before anything else.

I write the answer down in a one-page customer brief. You check it, we adjust it, and I build the site from it.

Numbers you can check yourself.

Measured live in your browser, right now. Google's test below checks the same page on a slow phone, so its numbers are stricter.

    What I do.

The price is agreed per job on Upwork before anything begins.

    Fix a slow site.

Measured first, then made fast. Your content and design stay.

    New website.

Built from your customer brief and coded by hand. Fast on a phone, and yours to keep.

Redesign that keeps your Google ranking.

A new look on the same page addresses, so Google keeps finding you.

    Online booking and forms.

Appointments, reservations and enquiries that reach you.

    Google Business Profile.

Set up properly so you show up on the map with the right hours and photos.

    Logo and business cards.

Made to match the site, and ready for the printer.

    Care and hosting.

Updates, backups, hosting, and a person to ask.

Something else? Just ask. I also build mobile apps (my own is on the App Store).

    Two promises.

    Speed guarantee.

If your site isn't measurably faster on Google's own test after my work, you don't pay for the speed work.

    Fixed price.

The quote you get is the price you pay. If I misjudged the job, that's my problem, not yours.

    How a project runs.

    1. Measure.

I find what's slow, what's broken and what's missing, and you get the list with numbers.

    2. Back up.

Files and database, before anything else happens.

    3. Work on a copy.

Your live site keeps running. I build on an exact copy.

    4. You preview and approve.

You get a private link and can change anything you like before it goes anywhere.

    5. Go live, with a way back.

At a quiet hour, with your go-ahead, then tested on the real thing: forms, bookings, phones, speed.

You own the site, the domain and the content. If you ever want to leave, you get everything the same day.

    What hand-built means for you.

    • No page builder, so there's nothing extra slowing it down.
    • No plugins to update, break or get hacked.
    • Almost nothing to maintain, which keeps the care plan small.

This page is built exactly the same way. The numbers at the top of the Work section are measured in your browser as you read this.

    Lukas Stanko

    Hi, I'm Lukas.

For nine years I sold and supported technical testing systems to factories, universities and labs. The people buying them wanted a straight answer: what it costs, what it won't do, and when it will be done. That's still how I work.

Then I built websites and an app of my own, and found I liked building things more than selling them. I write the code myself, I keep it small, and I measure everything before and after so you can see what changed.

I'm Czech and based in Indonesia, in the same time zone as Perth. I work seven days a week. I take on two or three projects at a time, so each one gets my attention and you always know where yours is up to.

    • Languages English, Czech
    • Hours Perth hours, seven days
    • Projects at a time 2 to 3

    Questions people ask.

You're overseas. How does that work?

Same as any developer you'd hire online. I work Perth hours, seven days a week. You reach me on Upwork, and you see every change on a private preview link before it goes live. The difference you'll notice is that you talk to the person doing the work.

    What if you disappear?

You own everything from day one: the domain, the files, the content, the hosting account. Nothing is locked to me, and the site is plain code that any developer can read. If you ever want to move on, you get a full handover the same day you ask.

Will I lose my Google ranking?

No. A redesign keeps every page address, title and piece of content that Google already knows. Where a page has to move, it's redirected. I check the ranking before and after.

    Can I edit it myself?

Two ways. Send me what you want changed and I'll do it, usually the same day. If you change things often, like specials or prices, I can add a simple editor so you can update text, photos, hours and prices yourself, no code involved.

I already have someone who looks after my website.

That's fine. Send me the site anyway and you'll get the numbers within a day. If it's already fast and working, I'll tell you so, and that's the end of it.

    How long does it take?

A speed fix, usually one to two weeks. A new site or redesign, usually three to five weeks from the day I have your content. I'll give you a date in the quote, and I stick to it.

    Let's talk on Upwork.

Send me your website, or a couple of sentences about what you need. I'll look at it and come back with a plan and a price before you commit to anything.
